Customer FeedbackVideo Coments from a trackday rider after hiring our equipment
Andrew, I just wanted to say the cameras and the manual switch worked like a charm this past weekend. I actually ended up hooking them into the Chasecam PDR100 recorder without any issue. I just wanted to say thank you and I like how simple your instructions and camera hook-ups are. Made life so much easier. Take care and thanks again. Cheers. Lloyd August 2007 Thanks Andrew, Recieved the mount yesterday, fitted in less than five minutes. The quality of the product is first class tried it out on a half hour run and the quality of the footage is as good as any on board footage i have seen on the t.v. Thanks again for a superb service and product. Cheers ALAN May 2007 Andrew You may recall a few months ago selling me a bullet camera to put on my Austin Healey race car. A few phone calls to you later, I was confident I had the knowledge to use it. My first race of the year was last weekend at Zolder, Belgium. I used the bullet camera for the first time and was absolutely thrilled with the results. Now I can share (or prehaps bore!!) my friends and familly with the footage. Thanks again for your time. regards N.H April 2007 Hi Andy - We are having a lot of fun with the head cam and it's well worth the investment. Equestrian Section. Western Daily Press March 2007 "I recently purchased two 480TVL lipstick camera's with a manual switch from Andrew via bikecameras.com, along with all associated wiring and power supplies. Why is this significant and different from any other bloke looking to record his track sessions? Well, for one, I don't live in the U.K. I live in California. And secondly, I have been recording my races and people at trackdays for over a year using other onboard equpment. What does that mean? Well, in order to use 2 camera's with *****, I had to install two 5 inch x 5 inch x 3 inch units (one was the ****** recorder unit and the other was the ***** splitter), along with both camera's. Try fitting this onto the 2006 Yamaha R6! Needless to say, the recorder unit was mounted to the top of the gas tank and was in the way. I searched for months on the internet, researching different camera setups and finally came across www.bikecameras.com The simplicity of the whole setup made this the easy decision. One power input, two camera's and a manual switch that attaches to the clip-on to record front or rear camera's. With BikeCameras.com setup, any recorder with AV-in will work to record the video you want. Simple, but ingenious at the same time. So, this is why an American decided to purchase through an English company... and with the dollar the way it is, this meant more money out of my pocket. But I prefer to spend the extra quids, dollars, or Euro on products that afford me the quality and simplicity I feel the consumer deserves. Thank you again Andrew. Cheers all. February 2007 Thank you for the very excellent service. Very few companies still do what you are doing and I for one appreciate it very much. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future, the picture-in picture and a quad camera system are on my wish list and you are the supplier that will get the business. Thank you again for your attention to all the small details that make your customer service stand above the rest. I have yet to find anything like yours from other sites except those in your country that inmitate your products, but not duplicate them. My order will follow this email R.S THE SUN, March 10, 2006If you think you can't get any more fun out of your bike, try a camera - I have two fitted. A touch on a button enables you to record the road ahead and behind for viewing later. It is quite revealing watching your line on a stretch of twisties....(More) TWIST & GO Magazine, December'05 ...After the race I had a quick look at the footage and was pleasnatly surprised at the excellent quality. Hi Andrew, Just to let you know im chuffed to B------S with my set-up, as i told you we went over to the Isle Of Man to see friends, also to do some filming on the TT course, i did & recorded a full lap in 42mins not bad when you think i had to deal with two way traffic, lights & town speed limets, all that on a gold wing, i was told by my friend (he is a TT marshall) the cut off time is 40 mins & many dont get to that, cool aye. Anyway my only complaint is the mic is to sensitive (more wind noise than engine) so if you can sort that your kit will be faultless, im putting my lap onto DVD if you like i will send you a copy & you can doctor the sound ? & put it on your web site, Andy thanks for all your help if you want to pass on my details to any one i would gladly reccomend your products & company. Cheers Mate Yours BIG CSG Andrew's comment - The above is completely unedited. The microphone in our kits is extremely sensitive, thats the design. There are mic mufflers we can supply but to be honest it is usually not a problem with most bikes and sports use. However, the above customer has a goldwing which has much quiter engine than most sports bikes etc. With a little trial and error on the mic positioning, or with the help of a little foam, then the problem of wind noise will easily be overcome. hello again.. its michael. i have made my first movie with the bulletcameras.. its looks fantastic & i have 100% good feedback on the quality of the picture. I have made this movie & put it onto DVD & into a WMV downloadable file, & the results are amazing.. ...i would like to hear your thoughts on the movie...? & if you want to add some of the movie & the pictures of how i mounted it to my minimoto on your site im ok with that. just so then it gives people a insite on just how versitile these bullet cameras realy are. http://www.minimotomike.com/movies/pics/camerasonbike/ thanks again.. one very happy customer.. michael. December 2005 I h stuff and for guiding me in the right direction about what to choose for my particular need. Andrew, Mark Linscott Former World BSB Champion Track-Craft Ltd
Hope it all works out for you, and we shan't hesitate to recommend your company at every single opportunity to anyone when the subject comes up In fact, with hindsight, having this equipment really made the trip for us. Dave saw the footage over this weekend, when he came to visit for the first time since their return from Africa and was very impressed with the footage we took. It's a lovely thing to have, to look back on, and to be able to share with others. Thank you again, so very much. Motorcycle Outreach
